There are many ways to fit your body. You can go to the gym, buy some gym materials and do it in your home, take someone’s help, etc. but I will tell you how you can fix your body fitness at home without anyone’s help.

I will tell you how you can achieve your goal in just 30 days. But before it, I want to tell you that after starting your goal, you have to be strictly determined. You have to follow it continuously. You can not omit it in those days.

You have to follow just two things. So here they are-

  1. Eat a healthy diet: In those days, you have to eat a balanced diet. Now there is a question what will you eat? I will tell you now what you will eat in your breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the 30 days.
  • After awakening, you have to drink 4 to 5 glasses of warm water, which helps you lose your wet and clean your blood. You have to drink much water for an acne-free healthy face and a beautiful, happy life.
  • Breakfast: At breakfast, you have to eat green vegetables without cooking. You can select some fresh fruits, spinach, coriander leaves and then make a juice. It is beneficial for your healthy diet.
  • Lunch: You can take a cup of salad, only one flour bread, and a cup of cooked green vegetables.
  • Snacks: In your evening snacks, you can take a cup of green tea or nuts.
  • Dinner: In your dinner, you have to take a floured bread, a cup of salad, a cup of vegetables with 2 or 3 pis chicken.
  • You have to remember that you can’t take any type of soft drink, junk foods, chips or biscuits.
  1. The next important thing is you have to do some workout for 10 or 20 minutes. There I will tell you 7 full-body exercises that help you shape your body, increasing your length.

At least 2 minutes, you should do the workout. I assure you that if you follow the tips, you can fix your body fitness. Another important thing is, don’t do the exercise in an empty stomach. You should eat 1 or 2 pieces of bread before 30 minutes of starting your workout. You should try to sleep at 10 pm or 11 pm and rest for 6 to 7 hours.
