Now this process is stopped because there is no possibility to provide production capacity raw materials”, – said Dmitry Sain.

The representative also added that a new system of electronic sale of raw materials, which is not regulated by law.

“Today in Ukraine the timber is sold by electronic auction, the so-called electronic market at the site of the agrarian exchange. But the sale of raw materials in electronic form are not spelled out in any legislation. Moreover, it has been proved that these trades are not transparent. Already recorded the intervention of third parties in the electronic system, therefore, needs to be direct and honest trading, electronic can be only as a Supplement,” added Mr Sain.
